GaHomeForeclosures recently hosted a luncheon in honor of the hard work of our excellent affiliated agents to get 250 of our lender owned foreclosures sold in 2011. This luncheon was a great chance for us to recognize our star agents and teams as well as a time for our hardworking agents to relax, socialize and mingle.
As for the awards, Alicia MacPhee with Prudential Georgia Realty was recognized as the top agent for selling 28 lender owned foreclosure homes last year. Gerry Toney and Alicia Barnes with Keller Williams received an award for the highest percentage of sold to list price at 105 percent! Marty Wagner and Janet Dewhurst of Coldwell Banker NRT were awarded for the least total days on market at four days.
Coldwell Banker NRT was awarded for being the top brokerage firm for GaHomeForeclosures for having sold 58 homes total for 2011! Meril Missbach accepted the trophy on behalf of Coldwell Banker NRT and their team of agents. Congratulations to all of you and our other affiliated agents for outstanding performances and success.
