Gerry is an expert in the field of foreclosures and bank owned properties. He has conducted hundreds of services and transactions for the FDIC and GA Home Foreclosures. Since being a listing agent for GA Home Foreclosures, Gerry has listed and sold 28 Homes totaling $3,348,770.

Gerry started in real estate in 1996 as a specialist in new homes, and holds a Certified New Home Sales Professional license. Before then, he worked as a service technician in the mechanical and sales industry, which gives him a keen insight into the building industry. Gerry has been with Keller Williams since 2002 and in 2003 he and his wife Alicia opened their own brokerage. They have since been recognized as being the Top Agents in the Keller Williams Realty® Southeast Region and were rated in the Top 10 Agents at Keller Williams Realty® International.

Gerry has been involved in numerous new home communities and has coordinated the Alicia Barnes & Associates builder support staff and strategic sales development initiatives. His working knowledge of blueprints, drafting, lot layout, and builder profit models makes Gerry an integral part of the team’s successful operations.
