Quality Gwinnett Foreclosed Homes Coming to GaHomeForeclosures

GaHomeForeclosures will soon have more quality foreclosed homes in Gwinnett County available, as we are a part of the Gwinnett County Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP), which is designed to help boost declining home values in certain Gwinnett neighborhoods by turning foreclosures around and offering them at attractive prices to compete with bank owned foreclosures.

This process is the same that GaHomeForeclosures has been using to help communities by turning dilapidated foreclosure homes into move-in ready homes perfect for low, moderate and middle income buyers. This puts new residents into communities, and those residents help the community grow again as the economic recovery continues. This also helps place homebuyers into positions where they can be motivated to turn neighborhoods into communities as they set down roots in those areas. The NSP is designed to help low to middle income and first time buyers with targeted price points between $70,000 and $200,000. Many homes are new construction foreclosures that have never been lived in, and our construction teams are experts at finishing and upgrading for purchase.
