Jason Smith of Prudential is our featured agent for foreclosed homes in Georgia, including the new Stonebridge community

GaHomeForeclosures works with many agents across the state of Georgia, and we are excited to shine the spotlight on one of the outstanding sales professionals we have recently had the pleasure of doing business with. For February 2013, we are excited to present the resident agent for our community of new construction homes in Newnan, Jason Smith of Prudential.

Jason is the onsite agent for the Stonebridge community in Newnan, Georgia and has been licensed for fourteen years. Most of his career has been selling and marketing new home residential construction, which makes him a perfect fit for the on-site expert to handle sales of Stonebridge’s excellent selection of traditional homes, cottages, carriage homes and townhomes. Jason can identify which home type best fits buyers’ needs, and is great at helping buyers visualize living at Stonebridge and taking advantage of all of the features that put Stonebridge above all other communities, such as its convenient location and resort-style amenities.

Jason has a long history with new construction homes of various sizes, styles and price ranges across Georgia. He has worked for the national home builder Ryland, where he received the President’s Council Award for being number one in sales in the Atlanta market in 2007. Prior to working for Ryland, Jason worked for Traton Homes as well.

Jason’s last project before joining Prudential was with NRT Development Advisors where he represented Batson Cook Construction. In addition to his new construction experience, Jason also has residential resale and commercial experience.

Jason is a Georgia native and resides in Senoia, Georgia. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia. In his spare time, Jason enjoys playing golf and attending college and professional sporting events.
