Gina Spearman of Academy Mortgage follows with important information about Academy Mortgage and their recent awards. Gina goes on to explain that despite the current reports in the media, Academy is still financing lots of mortgages with flexibility like low down payments and less than perfect credit. While these more flexible loans are not as easy to get as they once were, Academy can still help buyers get financing and purchase a home. Finally, Gina explores a wide number of ways that buyers can avoid pitfalls that might sabotage their loan procurement and home purchase.

We had such a busy March that we didn’t get a chance to pick an agent for the featured spotlight. We’re making sure we include it this month with a story on one of the most accomplished agents of Coldwell Banker RMR, Associate Broker Bob Lanzner!
